I have just wasted hours yesterday and today trying to solve a software glitch involving my HP scanner. I have uninstalled and re-installed programs, tweaked the registry, searched for solutions and despite everything the problem persists. The last document I read seems to point to a problem between XP service pack 3 (which I installed only a few days ago) and the scanner software and, of course, HP has no solution available on their website. I am not the only user 'p-ohd' at this state of affairs. Well, I guess it could be worse - I could be stuck in a European airport; yeah, right.
Needless to say, I am still cutting fabrics for the strip packs. I have now cut 165 fabrics and the stacks look like this...
I have 33 bolts remaining and am going through my fat quarters to find other Jo Morton fabrics no longer available on bolts. Maybe by mid-week, I will have finished.
I continue to scan the cut fabrics for EQ6 which is why I need my scanner! I have have now uploaded the Providence, Toast and Classics into My Library in EQ6 and here are my test blocks...
The Providence fabrics are on the left and the Toast and Classics fabrics are on the right. Now, I have to put all this 'fun' on hold and do some housework. I think tonight would be a good night for pizza!
