I've just added a neat little feature to the left column.  Now, you can be emailed when I post using "Feed My Inbox".  If I post more than once in a day, you will still only be notified once in a 24 hour period.  I've read their privacy policy and I like what I see. Also, each email notification will give you the option of unsubscribing.
