EQ6 - Scanning Fabrics Part 2

There is another application available for preparing fabric scans for EQ6.  I first read about this when its developer, Arnout Cosman, posted on Info-Eq (see my blog post below). You can find Arnout's webpage here with information on how to download this software.

I have not tried this application because at the time of its release I was living in Egmont and using a dial-up connection. The operating system on my desktop was Windows XP and I would have needed to download the the Microsoft .Net Framework software which was too large for dial-up. Vista has the Framework built in and I am sure the new Windows 7 includes it, too.  I know some quilters using the mail list did try it out and were very happy with it. It does offer another alternative for getting your fabric samples ready for EQ6.

(Perhaps those using this application and who see this post, will leave a note in the comment section.)
